Pay: Performance-based pay structure with unlimited potential, we anticipate this role to make a minimum of $150,000 to $200,000 if executed properly

Key Responsibilities:
Consult with homeowners to assess their HVAC needs and provide tailored solutions
Present and explain HVAC products and services to potential customers
Prepare and deliver accurate and competitive options
Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly to secure sales
Maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service and follow-up
Stay updated on the latest HVAC products, services, and industry trends
Work collaboratively with the installation and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Our Ideal Candidate Will Possess:
A minimum of 3 years of in-home residential sales (trade experience is preferred)
Excellent relationship-building abilities and interpersonal skills
Extremely self-motivated and goal-oriented
Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities
Advanced computer skills and ability to learn software quickly
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
