About the Role:

This is a hands-on Controller opportunity at a pivotal moment. Youâ ll:

Transition the company from cash to accrual accounting

Stand up the chart of accounts, COGS, inventory, and revenue recognition

Lead the first-ever PCAOB-level audit

Own QuickBooks cleanup (eventual NetSuite migration)

Book entries, review AP, and build scalable processes

Youâ ll work closely with a supportive CFO whoâ s ready to mentor the right personâ someone whoâ s excited to solve messy problems and help scale a modern CPG brand.

Ideal Background:

CPA or audit foundation preferred

Consumer products, food/bev, or apparel industry experience

Comfort with chargebacks, slotting fees, and wholesale/D2C models

Bonus points for Shopify, Amazon, and TikTok ad experience

The Details:

Remote role (West Coast hours)

$180Kâ $190K base + 15% bonus

Benefits + 401K
