The Role
Are you an experienced Tool and Die Maker who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Do you bring a solid track record in complex tooling and maintenance work? We’re hiring a skilled Tool and Die Maker to join our Tool Room team at Warren Industries, where precision, quality, and safety are part of everything we do.
You’ll be responsible for the repair, and maintenance of automotive stamping dies, jigs, fixtures, and gauges. You’ll also support engineering changes, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to improving our tooling processes. Looking for an individual who can manage responsibilities independently and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform die maintenance, repairs, and occasionally build new dies
Handle engineering changes, troubleshooting, and welding tasks
Construct prototypes, jigs, fixtures, and gauges
Maintain spare tooling and components
Read and interpret product drawings and CMM reports
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
Support and uphold the principles of the 6S workplace discipline
Complete training and development as outlined in the Skills and Training Matrix

The Person
We’re looking for someone with:
An Ontario Certificate of Qualification as a Tool and Die Maker or at least 10 years of trade experience
Minimum Grade 12 education
At least 10 years of post-apprenticeship or 15 years of related experience
Strong knowledge of tooling maintenance and machine setup
Organizational and leadership skills
Familiarity with IATF 16949 standards
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., work all shifts, and communicate clearly in English
