Shipper/Receiver – CAD21-CAD25 p/h + Benefits – Ontario, CA
The Role
Do you have hands-on experience in shipping and receiving within a manufacturing setting? Are you certified to operate lift trucks and overhead cranes?
We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Shipper/Receiver to join our Shipping and Receiving team at Warren Industries. If you enjoy working independently, staying organized, and ensuring smooth material flow, this could be the right fit for you.
In this role, you’ll play a key role in the timely and accurate handling of inbound and outbound materials. You'll manage shipment documentation, maintain clean and safe workspaces, and ensure inventory is tracked efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
Receive and document all incoming shipments
Prepare and ship customer orders based on schedules provided
Maintain accurate shipping/receiving records in our ERP system
Conduct daily checks on equipment such as lift trucks and cranes
Monitor and support flow of materials to contractors and returns
Assist in physical inventory cycle counts
Follow all health, safety, and environmental regulations
Report damaged equipment or unsafe conditions promptly

The Person
We’re looking for someone who brings:
A high school diploma or equivalent
Experience in a manufacturing shipping/receiving role
Lift truck certification (Raymond Reach and Counter Balance); crane operation is a plus
Basic computer and math skills
The ability to work independently and manage time well
Experience with WHMIS and Dangerous Goods/Waste Manifest protocols
