Our client, Marker, is looking for a Scheduling Engineer who thrives at the intersection of strategy, collaboration, and construction excellence. What You'll Do:

As a Scheduling Engineer, youll be the mastermind behind our project timelinesdeveloping, managing, and maintaining schedules for multiple commercial construction projects. You'll collaborate across departmentsfrom preconstruction and estimating to project management and field operationsto ensure every milestone is met with confidence.

Your work will help ensure projects stay on track, risks are anticipated and mitigated, and our clients receive the certainty they deserve.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, update, and maintain high-level pursuit and bid submittal schedules, as well as detailed project schedules using Primavera P6

Collaborate with preconstruction and operations teams to develop baseline and GMP schedules

Lead interactive planning sessions and schedule review meetings with internal and external stakeholders

Manage Primavera P6 enterprise project structure, archiving schedule layouts for consistency in deliverables

Perform schedule analysis, including "what-if" scenarios, impact assessments, and delay analyses

Provide training and mentorship on scheduling best practices to project managers and engineers

Support project teams with schedule updates, change integration, and recovery plans

Generate high-quality reports such as look-ahead schedules, critical path analyses, and earned value assessments

What Sets You Apart:

A minimum of 3-5 years experience in construction scheduling with a General Contractor

Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)

Expertise in Primavera P6 and deep understanding of Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling and sequencing

Strong communicator who thrives in a collaborative environment

Solid understanding of construction drawings, and schedule delay analysis

Bonus points for experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)
