Program Manager

Brooksource is hiring an IT Service Delivery Manager to support our client's enterprise technology organization. This strategic role focuses on delivering value-driven technology solutions across multiple business segments. The ideal candidate will be a business-minded IT leader with strong communication, project execution, and stakeholder alignment skills. This individual will play a key role in technology strategy, planning, delivery, and operational oversight across critical initiatives.

Responsibilities

Partner with business and IT stakeholders to develop and execute technology strategy

Oversee end-to-end delivery of technology initiatives, including resource planning and execution

Drive financial transparency across all IT functions (initiatives and base operations)

Maintain and execute a strategic technology roadmap with input from business and technology partners

Provide thought leadership in collaboration with enterprise architecture to guide technical decisions

Evaluate business drivers and translate them into actionable IT priorities

Ensure team accountability by aligning roles, responsibilities, and deliverables

Communicate priorities and project updates across the organization

Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's Degree

10+ years of related IT experience

Proven experience leading technology teams or projects in a cross-functional enterprise environment

Strong understanding of enterprise IT operations, delivery models, and governance frameworks

Financial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasts, and IT spend

Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution

Excellent communication skills and stakeholder relationship management

Desired Qualifications

Experience with technology delivery in regulated or complex business environments

Background in developing or managing IT roadmaps

Familiarity with enterprise architecture principles and practices

Experience working in a hybrid or matrixed organization

Previous experience supporting or leading digital transformation initiatives

Experience in vendor management or outsourced delivery partnerships

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $70.00 - $78.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
