Job Title: Lead Android Developer

Duties:

Design mobile apps and create UML diagrams such as use-case diagrams and sequence diagrams.

Use components such as Retrofit to access HTTP APIs and the backend network components.

Use Android components such as Intent Services, Broadcast Receivers, Jetpack components.

Be involved in the analysis of the existing application functionality and the database design.

Be involved in an understanding of the existing architecture of the application and Data Modeling.

Implement Data Access layer (through DAO) using Hibernate and POJO Classes.

Use Github, GitLab and Source Tree for version control.

Use MVVM patterns and clean architecture principles for designing applications.

Use MDM Mobile Iron to deploy the application to production.

Be involved in performing code reviews at various stages of development.

Implement SHA256 for offline validations.

Requirement: Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Applications, Information Technology, Engineering (any), or related fields, plus five years of experience in a related occupation. Travel/relocation required as jobs will be performed at various unanticipated locations throughout the United States.
