C2’s client, a global leader in workforce innovation and one of the world’s most ethical and inclusive employers, seeks a full-time contract Web Designer to help shape and scale the visual identity of their global web presence. Reporting to the Creative Lead, Global Marketing, this role will oversee the design and UI of websites, platforms, and digital campaigns, bringing brand consistency, smart UX thinking, and design systems savvy to every project.
This in-house creative team functions like an internal agency - fast-paced, collaborative, and strategically driven. You’ll work across disciplines, partnering closely with developers, offshore teams, and project managers to serve internal clients with high expectations and high visibility. This role requires someone confident and personable enough to present their work to the CMO and CEO, comfortable managing up, and experienced enough to guide stakeholders through both creative vision and technical execution.

You’ll help evolve one of the most recognizable brands in workforce solutions through innovative and accessible web experiences. This role will support the Creative team primarily, but also serve the Digital team as needed. Ideal candidates are versatile web designers who understand brand architecture and can execute across four related sub-brand sites, contributing to the growth and cohesion of their global digital presence.
