About This Role
We are seeking serious, self-motivated Sales Professionals ready to grow their income through performance. This position is 100% commission-based, offering unlimited earning potential for candidates committed to success.
If you are looking for a guaranteed base salary, this opportunity will not be the right fit. However, if you have the discipline and drive to build relationships, close deals, and grow accounts, you will have the backing of a global delivery team behind you every step of the way.
What You Will Do
• Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities with decision-makers across industries.
• Conduct consultative calls and virtual presentations to understand prospect needs and position Mindrops’ services, including software development, AI solutions, e-commerce platforms, SaaS products, CRM systems, and cloud engineering.
• Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline and follow up consistently.
• Lead negotiations and close contracts.
• Collaborate closely with the Mindrops team throughout the entire sales and delivery cycle, including:
o Lead generation support
o Solution scoping and proposal preparation
o Technical pre-sales assistance
o Project delivery coordination
o After-sales support to drive client satisfaction and repeat business
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
Who We Are Looking For
Only apply if you meet all of the following:
• Proven B2B sales experience, preferably selling software development, IT services, SaaS, cloud solutions, or technology consulting.
• Working knowledge of software development concepts and the technology sales cycle—you should feel comfortable discussing solutions with technical and business stakeholders.
• Self-driven, disciplined, and comfortable working independently without daily oversight.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working on a commission-only model and motivated by performance-based earnings.
• Legally eligible to work as an independent contractor in the United States.
• Access to reliable internet, a computer, and a phone.
Compensation
• Commission-Only Model: No base salary is provided.
