Support Specialist

Provide troubleshooting and support for 200+ Google Business Profiles—resolve errors and guide clients through verification.

Responsibilities:

Diagnose and fix listing errors (duplicates, suspensions)

Assist clients with verification steps

Update profiles with new features (products, services)

Monitor profile health and escalate issues

Attend a 30-minute Zoom training session

Requirements:

Strong written and problem-solving skills

Familiar with GMB policies and support channels

Patient, clear communicator

Self-motivated and organized

Available for initial online training

Compensation & Perks:
