Job Title: KYC Embedded Risk Team – Risk Reporting Specialist, AVP
Location: Bangalore/Jaipur, India
Role Description
The Embedded Risk in India consists of 10 FTEs and is part of a broader team of approximately 30, covering all aspects of all aspects of the DB Risk Framework and Regulatory support for KYC Ops, Client Data Management (CDM) and Business Financial Crime Risk (BFCR).
The primary responsibility of the role would be to provide Management Information and reporting in addition to data management and analytics. Will ensure that the data related to Risk and Control for KYC Operations is retrieved, maintained and refreshed timely and accurately. This role reports directly to the Vice President of KYC Ops ERT team.

Your key responsibilities
Provide support and maintenance to existing MI system
Generate and distribute KYC Ops Risk and Control management reports in an accurate and timely manner
Develop MIS documentation to allow smooth operation and easy system maintenance
Provide recommendation to update current MIS to improve reporting efficiency and consistency
Performing data analysis for reports generated periodically
Provide reporting and analytical information support to the management team
Interaction with Global Stakeholders for MIS related queries/requirements
Streamlining and automating the existing reports
Your skills and experience
The successful individual will have diverse experience of the financial sector in any of the following areas: Operations, risk/controls, MI and Data Analytics and have experience managing deliverables & maintaining effective relationships with global senior management.
Must possess a minimum of 8 years of experience of MI / Data Analytics
Good analytical skills
Being able to work on prioritization of work
Able to work in a global team and produce quality output under tight deadlines
Strong verbal and oral communication skills
Self-motivated and problem-solving ability is required
Adhering to confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data
Quick learner with a positive attitude
Maintain a strong relationship with key groups
Must have experience of Tableau/SQL/Power BI Tools etc.
Any relevant experience in Python (desired)
