Schedule: Full-Time Mon – Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Hiring Range: $26.96 - $38.46 per hour

What You’ll Do:

This isn't just billing — your role as a Billing Specialist / Coder involves purpose-driven work that supports wellness and healing through precise and compassionate service. As a key part of our Patient Accounts team, you'll:

Review medical records for accurate coding (E&M, ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS)

Ensure documentation meets compliance and payer requirements

Partner with providers to improve documentation quality

Support clean claim submission and timely reimbursement

Stay on top of the latest coding guidelines — and share that knowledge!

What You Bring:

HS Diploma or GED

Active medical coding certification (CPC, CPC-A, CCA)

(3) years coding/billing experience in a family practice setting (within the last 4 years)

Proficiency in MS Office and experience with electronic health records
