We're hiring an Operations Support Manager to provide senior-level advisory services to an IC client. This role supports the effective execution of day-to-day operations and strategic planning activities across a high-visibility Directorate. Responsibilities:
Lead development of senior-level presentations for leadership meetings, technical reviews, and all-hands briefings Prepare and deliver weekly strategic planning updates to the Chief of Staff Provide executive-level guidance on strategic operations and administrative process improvements Recommend and implement process optimization strategies Navigate complex planning efforts with agility, adjusting schedules and priorities as needed Drive business process improvements across teams and functions Who You Are: TS/SCI with CI Poly Skilled communicator with experience briefing leadership Proactive, detail-oriented problem solver Experienced in strategic planning, operations, or executive support in the IC Comfortable working independently and within cross-functional teams
