We’re on the lookout for a Remote GMB Operations Assistant to support the management of Google Business Listings for over 200 clients. You’ll handle setup, updates, and customer interactions.
Daily Tasks:
Initiate and configure new GMB accounts
Post updates, deals, and photos regularly
Respond to customer reviews within 24 hours
Monitor performance metrics and log insights
Complete a one-hour Zoom onboarding
Candidate Profile:
Excellent written communications
Comfortable using Google tools (Maps, Gmail, GMB)
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Works effectively independently
Available for an online training session
