We’re seeking a detail-oriented Remote Google Listings Coordinator to manage and elevate Google Business Profiles for 200+ small companies. You’ll ensure each listing is accurate, engaging, and optimized for maximum visibility.
What You’ll Do
Create and configure new Google Business Profiles
Publish timely posts, offers, and images to each profile
Monitor and respond to customer reviews within 24 hours
Track key metrics (search views, click-throughs, actions) and share weekly summaries
Join a one-hour Zoom orientation to learn our platform and workflows
Who You Are
Strong written English with clear, professional tone
Experienced with Google Maps, Gmail, and GMB dashboard
Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow checklists
Self-starter who works well independently and meets deadlines
Available for an initial remote training session via video call
Compensation
$22–$26 per hour (depending on background)
