Are you a strategic and hands-on automotive sales leader ready to make a bold impact? We're seeking a Sales Director to lead our new and used vehicle operations in South Mississippi. Lead and coach New Car, Used Car, Digital, and Floor Sales Managers

Set and execute sales strategies and monthly/ quarterly forecasts

Oversee marketing alignment, inventory mix, and merchandising strategy

Collaborate with F&I, Service, and Accounting to ensure total operational integrity

Foster a culture of accountability, mentorship, and professional growth

Analyze performance, protect front/back-end gross, and optimize profitability

Engage with customers to drive satisfaction and retention

Integrate fixed and variable ops to maximize sales and acquisition opportunitiesWhat We’re Looking For

5+ years of progressive sales management experience in automotive retail

A track record of hitting volume and gross targets with integrity

Exceptional leadership, planning, and communication skills

Knowledge of CRM tools, digital merchandising, and DMS systems (DealerTrack preferred)

Ability to manage multi-department operations and lead through others
