Senior Project Manager Multi-Family Construction

Location: Dublin, OH (Local to Columbus Preferred)

Type: Full-Time

Salary Range: $115,000 $145,000 base + bonus (compensation negotiable based on experience)

About the Opportunity

Our client, a growing leader in multi-family construction, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their Columbus-based operations. This role is ideal for a self-starting, independent construction professional with at least five years of experience managing large-scale, multi-family developments.

This position is best suited for candidates with the ability to independently lead multiple construction projects, develop and manage budgets, produce detailed construction schedules, and maintain effective communication with stakeholders at all levelsincluding owners, property staff, design professionals, and tradespeople.

What Youll Do

Lead and manage multiple multi-family construction projects concurrently

Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and budgets

Interface effectively with property staff, subcontractors, tradespeople, architects, and owners

Provide accurate project estimates when required

Ensure on-time, on-budget project execution while upholding quality and safety standards

Deliver regular project status updates to internal and external stakeholders

Travel as needed for site visits, project launches, or major milestones

What You Bring

Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management

Background in large-scale multi-family or stick-framed housing projects

Proven ability to work independently with minimal oversight

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to lead multiple concurrent construction projects

Strong organizational and scheduling skills

Estimating and budgeting capabilities

Willingness to travel as needed

Authorization to work in the U.S.
