We're currently looking for a skilled administrative professional to manage the bookkeeping and administrative functions critical to our continued success.

Position Summary:

As our Administrative & Bookkeeping Professional, you will play a key role in maintaining the financial and operational health of the business. This is a full-time, direct hire position that offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, creative environment. The right candidate will bring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, dependable work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:

Process weekly payroll for ~20 employees, including time tracking, tax documentation, benefits administration (health, disability, IRA, PTO)

Manage all QuickBooks bookkeeping functions: account reconciliation, financial reporting, and spreadsheet generation

Handle accounts payable/receivable, invoice tracking, and collections follow-up

Coordinate with government agencies for tax reporting, certified payroll, and compliance

Manage insurance renewals and assist with audit processes

Ensure all office and subcontractor contracts are up-to-date and compliant

Support hiring, onboarding, and offboarding in coordination with department managers

Organize office functions and maintain office supply inventory

Minimum Qualifications:

Associates Degree OR 5+ years of relevant administrative/bookkeeping experience

Proven background in office administration, finance, or accounting

Skills & Competencies:

Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite

Strong understanding of payroll, HR practices, and insurance administration

Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills and accuracy

Skilled in preparing budgets, reports, and managing financial data

Capable of working independently, managing multiple tasks, and meeting deadlines

Excellent written, verbal, and digital communication skills

High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and reliability
