Location: Sterling, VA (On-Site Only)

Schedule: Part-Time Monday–Friday Flexible Hours Opportunity to Grow into Full-Time

Pay Range: $22-25 per hour

Education: Bachelor’s Degree Required

Experience: QuickBooks & Excel Proficiency Preferred

What You’ll Do

Manage invoice intake and entry using QuickBooks and internal systems.

Process and verify vendor invoices with accurate coding across departments.

Prioritize and process time-sensitive payments (“rush” items).

Perform monthly vendor reconciliations and track resolution of discrepancies.

Respond to vendor and team inquiries with clarity and professionalism.

Support the monthly close process with timely and organized entries.

Leverage modern accounting and communication tools—including AI-powered platforms and digital document workflows—to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
