Project: 6,000+ Smart Water Meter Upgrades

Join a fast-moving team upgrading water systems with Badger smart meters and cellular endpoints! Whether experienced or ready to train, this is your opportunity to earn big while working outdoors.

Responsibilities

Install ”–1” meters, encoders & endpoints

Upgrade 1 ”–2” meters & chambers

Retrofit registers/endpoints

Install encoder or endpoint only

Expectations

Daily: 18–20 installs

Weekly Min: 80 installs

Bonus: $100 for 90 installs/week

6-Day 15/day 90 installs

Compensation

Training (3 days): $15/hr

Per Meter Rates:

• ”-1” Install – $12.50

• 1.5”-2” Install/Chamber – $50.00

• Retrofit – $7.50

• Endpoint or Encoder ONLY – $5.00

Fuel Reimbursement: $1.00/meter

Traveling Techs: +$1.00/meter per diem

Weekly Bonus: $100 at 90 installs

Schedule

Yard Check-in: 7:00–7:30 AM

First Install: 8:00–8:30 AM

Install 7+ active hours/day

Log times accurately

Rules

No-call/no-show = termination

Minimum 5-day work week

No passengers, pets, or distractions

No drugs/alcohol (zero tolerance)

Return tools, meters & paperwork daily
