Machine Operator

Job Description

Job Overview: Assist in all day to day production throughputs by meeting daily production objectives.

Job Functions:

Assist in all day to day production needs in department as required.

Be trained to operate company machine.

Make sure all products are of highest quality set by the company.

Ensure all customer requirements are being met.

Tracking of your production daily (DBTH), to ensure you meet established goals/standards.

Champion any team initiatives.

Report to Supervisor all production issues that affect work flow.

Make production recommendations to enhance output for all departments.

Make sure all OCS policy’s and procedures are followed.

Report equipment issues to Supervisor.

Ensure all work areas are clean and neat at all times.

Responsible for any miscellaneous tasks assigned from Supervisor.

Skills Required

Must be able to work flexible hours

Must have some operation experience.

Must work Overtime as needed

Good math skills a plus

Team player

Moderate computer skills good
