Estimator

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estimating construction projects and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Review project plans and specifications to determine the scope of work and required contents of the estimate

Prepare accurate quantity takeoffs and materials pricing

Collaborate with the project management team to ensure accuracy and completeness of estimates

Attend pre-bid meetings and site visits as needed

Track and analyze project costs and performance

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field

Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction industry

Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials

Proficient in estimating software such as Bluebeam or PlanSwift

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
