Lifeline ACP Agent

We are seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our team as ACP Lifeline Enrollment Agents. In this role, you will help eligible low-income households enroll in the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) and Lifeline, providing free or discounted wireless service and devices to those who need them most.

You’ll be working in your community or high-traffic areas to enroll eligible customers in the ACP/Lifeline program. This is a great opportunity for self-starters who enjoy helping others and want to earn uncapped commissions.

Responsibilities:

Enroll eligible customers for Lifeline/ACP service using tablets or phones

Educate customers about their eligibility and benefits

Set up and activate SIM cards or phones (when applicable)

Submit accurate and complete applications daily

Maintain professional conduct while representing the brand
