IT Solutions Management Analyst

Position: IT Solutions Management Analyst [Req #K9279] Location: Santa Clara, CA Duties: Oversee support services to GIS customers for specific IT service or set of services.

Adhere to service management processes and procedures to meet customer service level agreements and maintain customer satisfaction.

Complete root cause analysis of outages or incident trends (often working with managed services partner). Approve preventative actions.

Use monitoring data analysis of specific IT service or set of services for availability and performance, develop plans to implement recommendations to improve or change technology.

Collaborates with Business & Technical teams to co-develop a roadmap and drive products and features from concept to launch in a fast-paced environment.

Serve as an interface between business and development team in Semiconductor Business process areas for the purpose of business technology strategy development and IT solution discovery.

Architect and design complex integrated business process/digital solutions to solve high value problems in the areas of semiconductor Semi business process areas.

Validates and ensures design integrity of business process/business application solutions to address complex cross functional needs.

Understand E2E Semi R&D/Lab business processes and identify opportunities to improve user excellence and productivity to accelerate innovation.

Define/architect security posture of applications to protect IP.

Define/Architect data integration across digital applications in the R&D and Lab operations business processes.

Develops testing and data conversion strategies.

Requirements: Master's degree (US/foreign) in Computer Applications, Computer Science or Computer/Management Information Systems and 3 years of IT development-related experience supporting the semiconductor industry.

Demonstrate knowledge and/or experience in each of the following: Data integration across digital applications; Integration of E2E business processes; Translate product roadmap features; Architect security posture of applications to protect IP; Confluence; Bitbucket; JIRA; MS Azure; Microservices; Web-API; Entity Framework; Agile (Scrum).
