Textile Assembly Technician

We are seeking a detail-oriented sewing operator to join our team in an inclusive and welcoming manufacturing environment. If you have a steady hand, an eye for precision, and a passion for producing high-quality textile products, weâ d love to meet you!

Duties of the Role:

Operate industrial sewing machines to assemble fabric components accurately and efficiently

Read and interpret work orders and sewing instructions to meet product specifications

Inspect finished products for quality and consistency

Perform routine machine maintenance as needed

Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and uphold safety standards

Maintain a clean and organized workstation

Basic Requirements:

Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Previous industrial or domestic sewing experience preferred (but not required!)

Reliable attendance and commitment to quality work

Past manufacturing experience
