Key Responsibilities:

Code anesthesia cases accurately and efficiently

Conduct documentation reviews and audits for client practices

Present findings and compliance insights to clients

Identify documentation gaps and recommend improvements

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, ASA crosswalk, and modifiers

Partner with team members to uphold coding standards and client satisfaction

Qualifications:

3+ years of medical coding experience with a focus on anesthesia

Strong knowledge of ASA crosswalk and anesthesia billing practices

Experience in or ability to perform client-facing presentations

Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
