Physical Therapist, Inpatient Therapy

This Physical Therapist position requires a graduate of an accredited program and a valid state license. New graduates are encouraged to apply, with mentoring available from experienced therapists.

Responsibilities include developing treatment plans based on subjective and objective data, utilizing exercises and manual techniques, maintaining detailed electronic records, and collaborating with healthcare teams to improve patient outcomes.

Contribute to quality improvement, participate in training and mentoring, and support cost-saving initiatives. Maintain high standards of patient care and effective communication with staff and physicians.

Engage in community education and participate in performance improvement processes. Demonstrate behaviors aligned with excellence, quality, service, partnering, and cost-consciousness.
