Part time LPN Floor Nurse 7-3pm

**Daily Pay!**

Oversees daily nursing activities, ensuring compliance with regulations and policies.

Provides holistic resident care, participates in admissions, discharges, and transfers.

Assesses resident status changes, notifies physicians and families, documents accordingly.

Transcribes physician orders, administers medications, and performs wound care as directed.

Schedules appointments, provides nursing leadership, and ensures resident needs are met.

Performs direct care tasks such as tube feedings, IVs, and suctioning.

Conducts rounds, collaborates with interdisciplinary team, and participates in meetings.

Evaluates staff performance, handles grievances, and reports incidents.

Participates in end-of-life care, manages supplies, updates care plans, and promotes teamwork.

Supports survey readiness, infection control, and quality improvement activities.

Performs other duties as assigned.
