Shift schedule: 3 pm to 3 am (three 12-hour shifts) plus one adjusted 12-hour shift monthly, alternating Wednesdays to Fridays or Thursdays to Saturdays.
Requires travel to client crisis locations, with on-site response within company response times.
Provides clinically sound crisis assessments in hospital or office settings, making care level recommendations and coordinating services.
Must assess clients with mental health, substance abuse, or suicidal/homicidal behaviors, working with diverse populations including children and those with serious mental illness.
Documents assessments in electronic medical records, responds promptly to healthcare requests, and provides follow-up care.
Participates in staff meetings, training new counselors, and may testify in mental health court.
Qualifications: Unrestricted license (LCSW, LMSW, LPC, LAC), with 2+ years post-master’s experience, background check, and professional liability insurance.
Must maintain valid driver’s license, auto insurance, CPR/First Aid, TB test, and secure a Fingerprint Clearance card within 7 days of hire.
