Dental Hygienist with Bonus

Responsibilities include establishing patient relationships, verifying health histories, performing prophylaxis, periodontal therapy, and assisting with restorative treatment assessments.

Qualifications include a dental hygiene certification, current license, and experience with dental software. Ongoing training in OSHA, HIPAA, BLS, and infection control is required.
