Speech Pathologist

A nonprofit organization seeks a full-time School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist to provide specialized communication therapy for children, adolescents, and adults with autism, brain injuries, and neurological disorders.

Responsibilities include diagnosing, delivering direct therapy, managing treatment plans, tracking progress, and developing IEP objectives.

Candidates must hold a Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, CCC-SLP certification from ASHA, and Massachusetts licensure. Experience with augmentative communication, dysphagia, and working with developmentally delayed or behaviorally challenged individuals is required.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule (7:30am–4:00pm), a salary range of $90,000–$99,000, and comprehensive benefits including paid time off, health insurance, retirement plans, tuition/research reimbursement, and onsite CEUs.
