Licensed Practical Nurse / LPN - Bonus

Provide direct resident care, administer medications, and document using charting software.

Communicate resident status changes to the team and support NAR supervision.

Work every other weekend and holiday, with shifts from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Qualifications include an accredited LPN degree, MN license, and at least one year of experience.

Must have strong communication skills, good judgment, CPR certification, and physical ability to lift over 50 lbs.
