RN/LPN - PRN Registry Skilled Care

The Nurse is responsible for delivering comprehensive resident care using the nursing process, under the direction of leadership and in compliance with policies and regulations.

Supports the facility’s mission, values, and vision.

Coordinates shift activities and supervises nursing staff and CNAs.

Performs resident assessments, administers medications, and documents care plans accurately.

Ensures effective communication across shifts and with external providers.

Monitors quality of care and implements corrective actions as needed.

Assists with quality assurance initiatives and responds to changing situations flexibly.

Requires valid RN or LPN licensure, leadership skills, effective communication, and the ability to handle emotional and physical demands.

Engages extensively with residents, families, and staff, maintaining confidentiality and accuracy in documentation.

Works in resident areas, lifting up to 50 pounds, and may be scheduled beyond normal hours, including emergencies and holidays.
