Respiratory Therapist

This part-time RRT position involves two 12-hour shifts weekly with benefits.

Under physician supervision, provides routine and complex respiratory care for diverse patient populations including pediatrics and critical care units.

Performs assessments, initiates and monitors invasive/non-invasive ventilation, and evaluates treatment effectiveness.

Documents care accurately, maintains equipment, and responds to emergency situations following protocols.

Transports critically ill patients and provides education to patients and families.

Requires graduate of an accredited Respiratory Care Program, RRT certification (CRT accepted with conditions), and relevant licenses.

Must obtain ACLS, NRP, and other certifications as specified.

Demonstrates strong interpersonal, mathematical, and critical thinking skills.

Works in a category A environment with physical demands including lifting up to 50 pounds.
