Description:
Join, stay, and grow with us as a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) providing care in a warm, home-like environment.
Assess, document, and communicate residents’ health status and report significant changes.
Supervise and mentor Resident Care Assistants and Lead Resident Care Assistants.
Coordinate care with community providers and support resident independence.
Identify and report elder abuse, neglect, or exploitation per regulations.
Respond to emergencies and know when to call for backup.
Requirements include current LPN license, CPR certification, availability for daytime hours, and 1-2 years of experience preferred.
