RN (Surgical Services)

Coordinates comprehensive nursing care, participates in patient and family education, and provides leadership within the healthcare team.

Performs circulating and scrub nurse duties in the operating room, assisting with surgical procedures and supporting the surgical team.

Requires prior surgical services experience, current RN licensure in Alabama, and certifications in CPR, PALS, and ACLS or willingness to obtain them.

Must meet physical demands, including lifting up to 50 lbs, mobility, and sensory capabilities.

Responsibilities include patient assessment, care planning, medication administration, emergency response, supervision, and ensuring safety and cleanliness.

Participates in ongoing professional development, team conferences, and quality improvement efforts.

Provides care across all age groups, from neonates to elderly, in a full-time, part-time, or PRN capacity with competitive benefits and potential bonuses.
