Responsibilities
Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate financial records, including ledger entries and reconciling bank statements.
Billing and Invoicing: Prepare and send invoices to clients, while following up on outstanding payments.
Accounts Payable: Track, pay, and reconcile account currents
Customer Support: Assist clients with inquiries related to their accounts, ensuring prompt and courteous service.
Data Entry: Enter information into systems accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date accounting and client records.
Front Office: Greet clients and direct them to appropriate department
Requirements
Education: Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred but not required.
Licensure: License in Property & Casualty is preferred but not required.
Experience: Prior experience in customer service and accounting or financial roles is preferred.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software, spreadsheet applications, and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
Analytical Abilities: Ability to analyze financial data and create accurate reports.
Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Problem-Solving: Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
