We are looking for a skilled Software Developer to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. This Contract to permanent position is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who is passionate about designing, developing, and maintaining robust application systems in a healthcare-focused environment. The role requires a strong ability to work collaboratively while delivering innovative solutions tailored to user needs.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement web applications using .NET technologies and front-end UI frameworks.

• Perform thorough debugging and analysis to resolve complex technical issues within application systems.

• Collaborate with users to gather requirements and offer technical solutions that meet their needs.

• Conduct comprehensive testing and documentation of program development, changes, and enhancements.

• Serve as a technical consultant for internal teams, offering expertise in system evaluations and problem resolution.

• Participate in project planning and execution as a key team member, ensuring timely delivery of project goals.

• Verify production schedules and ensure the accuracy and reliability of assigned systems.

• Train and support Information Systems personnel in the use and maintenance of application systems.

• Maintain on-call availability for technical support related to production systems.

• Utilize tools such as SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) to enhance system functionality.• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in software development.

• Proficiency in VB.Net, Visual Studio, and C# programming languages.

• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server versions 2000, 2005, 2008, 2019, and Management Studio.

• Familiarity with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).

• Strong understanding of Windows operating systems, including Windows 7.

• Knowledge of API development, Ajax, and Agile Scrum methodologies.

• Demonstrated ability to work with tools such as Atlassian Jira, GitHub, and AB Testing frameworks.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills for effective documentation and collaboration.
