• Shift Coverage:

- Venous insufficiency cases and follow up visits for Vascular surveillance & post-operative visits.

• Patient Volume: 15 (visits)

- Including new patient & follow-up

• Support Staff: RNs & MAs

• Procedures/Skills:

- Skills Required: Familiarity w/ vascular duplex studies & interpretations, Interventional Radiology experience, IP/OP consults, Telemed visits, Prescriptive authority.

- Vascular/Endovascular Surgery, Interventional Radiology.

- Special Procedures: Ambulatory Clinic w/ attached non-invasive vascular lab.

• EMR: Cerner

• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:

• Active WV License

• BC

• BLS, ACLS

• Previous experience in vascular/endovascular surgical clinic seeing new patients & follow up patients.

• 2 yrs of experience in Vascular/Endovascular surgery in the ambulatory setting.

• Must be over 100 miles from site.
