Dynamics 365 F&O Application Specialist with a focus on Supply Chain Management and Process Manufacturing.
This position is located at our office in Hellerup, Denmark. It is also expected to be frequently present at our production site in Kvistgaard.

Responsibilities
Your tasks will include:
Work with key stakeholders from Logistics, Procurement, Planning, Warehouse, Production, and Quality to make sure their D365 needs are met. This both goes for day-to-day tasks/change requests as well as larger projects
Support the implementation activities of the application enhancements by prototyping, testing, documenting, and training
Support our helpdesk with 3rd level support on D365 in close collaboration with our superuser organization
Pitch in on joined tasks in the D365 team (DevOps development, ensuring compliance, handling support cases, etc)
Eight years ago, D365 F&O was implemented with a focus on the current business model of Bavarian Nordic. Since then, the business has evolved and to accommodate the growing demand in Manufacturing and Supply Chain, we have started a “D365 Lift” project. The core processes in the business will be assessed and D365 F&O fitted to accommodate the growing business. The aim is to build a D365 F&O “template” that matches the business model of Bavarian Nordic and that can be scaled as the company grows. On top of the D365 Lift project, we have during 2023 finalized an acquisition, which includes a manufacturing site in Switzerland which in the coming years must be implemented in our D365 platform.
The project activities as well as conducting the day-to-day task which comes through 1st and 2nd line support will be in scope for our new Application Specialist.
Qualifications?
To succeed in this position the following experience and qualifications are required:
Extensive experience working with D365 F&O, with a focus on the Supply Chain modules (Sales, Procurement, Planning, Warehousing, Production, Items and Quality)
Experience in a company with a production/manufacturing setup
Experience from working within the pharmaceutical industry will be preferred
Analytical and holistic in approach
Advisory mindset
Fluent English is mandatory, both verbally and in writing. Danish/Scandinavian is an advantage
On a personal level, you are an open-minded person with a good sense of humor and an outgoing and confident attitude
Boost our team
At our Head office in Hellerup, the overall IT department consists of approximately 65 employees divided into six different teams. One of these teams is the “ERP” team who are responsible for the ERP platform (D365 F&O and surrounding financial systems). You will be part of our ERP team together with four colleagues and work closely with SCM/Production in Kvistgaard and Bern and our implementation partner. The team is dedicated to build and maintain our ERP platform and ensure holistic thinking, structure, and overview of processes in our high-volume business. As we are delivering pharmaceuticals, we have a validated ERP system and GxP compliance is central in everything we do.
You will report to the Director of Enterprise Applications.
