Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Virtual Data Entry Operator to join our team in a remote capacity, operating from Orlando, United States. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate digital records through efficient data entry, verification, and organization of information.
Input data from various sources into company databases and systems with high accuracy
Verify and validate data entries to maintain data integrity
Process and organize digital documents and files systematically
Update existing database records and create new entries as needed
Review data for errors or inaccuracies and make necessary corrections
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Generate regular reports on data entry activities
Communicate with team members regarding data discrepancies or issues
Follow established data entry procedures and quality standards
Qualifications: Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
1-2 years of proven data entry experience
Demonstrated experience working in a remote environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry software
Minimum typing speed of 50 WPM with high accuracy
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent time management abilities
Proven track record of meeting deadlines and productivity targets
Reliable internet connection and dedicated home office setup
Data entry certification is a plus
Must be authorized to work in the United States
