- Own the end to end roadmap and implementation for large-scale privacy and regulatory compliance projects. - Work with the cross-functional teams to ensure global laws are translated into execution plans. - Partner with legal and the Apple-wide privacy and compliance program office to plan and resource regulatory requests; deliver policies in accordance with global laws, regulations and Apple’s internal privacy goals. - Create a framework to maintain periodic audits and transparency of audit trails. - Establish top-level and operational reporting that provides value/insight for partners. - Own all aspects of privacy and compliance communication, provide timely updates for all project milestones, identify and communicate risks to product and legal leadership, and work on appropriate solutions with engineering.
3+ years of experience in program management within privacy engineering, global privacy, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional projects.
Strong critical thinker with a proactive, self-motivated approach.
Detail-oriented with a passion for quality and data privacy.
Skilled in tailoring communications through reports and dashboards for diverse audiences.
Bachelor’s degree in related fields like Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management, or equivalent level of additional proven experience.
Understanding of global compliance, operational data governance, and privacy as it relates to consumer information; familiarity with privacy and/or other regulatory frameworks
Experience with compliance frameworks, conducting compliance and security risk assessments and/or managing controls, business processes, testing, training, and remediation.
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $141,800 and $258,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
