We have an opportunity for a Technical Program Manager. The Technical Program Manager works in conjunction with the New Production Introduction group as well as a multi-functional team of Design, Supplier Quality, Test, and Global Supply Chain Managers to ensure top quality products and drive perfection into what we do. In this highly visible technical lead role, you will be working with cross- functional teams and vendors to demonstrate your outstanding ability to combine knowledge of Optics, electronics, and projector module manufacturing with mechanics and manufacturing process / process controls / Automation and deliver results on time.

MS or BS in related Engineering field, MBA a plus.

8+ years experience in engineering and manufacturing.

Experience in introducing products into manufacturing, or high volume production is a huge plus.

Excellent project management skills, experience working in a matrix organization. (Planning, Cost, & Delivery).

Direct experience leading any of the following functional engineering teams a plus (ME, EE, TE, DFX, Etc.).

Experience working with International OEM partners.

Travel internationally up to 35%.

Ability to communicate effectively in a worldwide environment.

New Product Introduction and Manufacturing Operations experience desired.

Validated working experience with DFm & DFx.

Proven track record of cost reduction, project management and engineering design required.

Required to understand and tolerance stack ups for assemblies and part level.

Solid understanding of GD&T principles a plus.

Proven understanding of pneumatics, servomotors, PLC and PC-based control systems a plus.

JMP, Minitab & Six Sigma experience a plus.

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $151,200 and $227,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
