As a DevOp Architect, you will be a core team member driving digital transformation of our marketing/e-commerce website. You will influence the design, scale, and management of cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines and application stacks. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and operations teams, to ensure that our cloud infrastructure, Build pipelines, services, and applications are optimized for scalability and resilience. Develop platforms to enable application growth and availability Influence our growing cloud footprint Build solutions that scale without resource constraints

Hands-on experience in infrastructure engineering, cloud engineering, DevOps, or software engineering

Experience in building and supporting mission-critical, large-scale systems and/or services

Ability to analyze complex technical issues and propose solutions

Proficient in Linux systems and source control management, including Git and SVN.

Experience with systems such as Splunk/Prometheus/Grafana that prioritize observability, covering log aggregation, analytics, monitoring, distributed systems tracing, and alerting.

Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and managed solutions like EKS or GKE

Proficiency in web servers and load balancers such as Apache HTTP Server, Nginx, HAProxy

Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, GCE, Azure, or similar

Proficiency in one of the programming language such as Python, Go, Java

Experience in building build/release (CI/CD) systems using Jenkins, spinnaker, Harness or similar

10-12 years of IT work experience, including 4 or more years as an Engineering Architect

Hands-on experience in infrastructure engineering, cloud engineering, DevOps, or software engineering

Experience in architecting and supporting mission-critical, large scale systems and/or services

Proficiency in Linux systems and source control management, including Git and SVN.

Evaluate and select appropriate DevOps tools and technologies, including infrastructure as code (IaC) platforms, automation frameworks, and monitoring systems. And make recommendations on future directions

Experience with systems such as Splunk/Prometheus/Grafana that prioritize observability, covering log aggregation, analytics, monitoring, distributed systems tracing, and alerting.

Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and managed solutions like EKS or GKE

Deep understanding of API design, development, integration principles, infrastructure management.

Expertise in web servers and load balancers such as Apache HTTP Server, Nginx, HAProxy

BS or MS in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent education/experience.

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $181,100 and $318,400, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
