Display EE EPMs must be excellent and effective organizers and leaders driving internal cross-functional engagements and activities, along with managing external suppliers. A successful candidate will help set strategy, execute on schedule and be responsible for managing/communicating status and issues along the way. This position demands technical strengths in many areas, including optics, mechanics, electronics, manufacturing, and supply chain. This position requires an engineering background or experience to deal with fast paced technical issues and development. Major responsibilities: Define project plans and schedules, Drive project execution, Lead internal and external cross-functional teams in engineering and validation activities, Ensure tight inter-team coordination and communication, Strong presentation and communication skills, Understand and communicate technical/engineering issues, Identify and resolve conflicts, Recognize inter-dependencies and program issues quickly, efficiently, and effectively, Manage product development phases and engineering builds.
BS in Electrical or Computer Engineering + 3 years relevant experience
Engineering experience either in hardware design/development, silicon design, or product engineering
Consistent track record of leading projects and delivering products on time.
Demonstrated ability to take initiative, develop and implement new processes.
Good understanding of hardware and software integration challenges.
Skilled at handling accountability without control; knowing how to identify and drive priorities from among the multiple issues competing for attention.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and conflict resolution skills.
Familiarity with a product life cycle is a plus.
Strong critical thinking, detail oriented, and presentation skills with demonstrated leadership in multifaceted, fast-paced environments.
Experience in fast paced New Product Development
Experience working with overseas suppliers and manufacturers.
Knowledge of electronics and Optical assemblies

The base pay range for this role is between $141,800 and $258,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
