Business Development Representative
Salary and Commission: With opportunity to make $65K-75K (Includes base salary and commission)

Relentlessly organized and fiercely proactive
Obsessed with problem-solving and long-game thinking
Fluent in CRM platforms, automations, pipeline tools, and digital workflows
Comfortable using tools like Atlas Convex AI, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and a well-built email funnel
A natural relationship builder — you connect, not just pitch
Driven by goals, not micromanagement
Tired of seeing your commissions capped and your effort boxed in
What You’ll Do
Spend 50% of your time in the field — prospecting buildings, writing proposals, using Atlas Convex to build routes, scheduling walk-throughs, and converting face-to-face conversations into revenue
Attend a minimum of 3 networking events per month, plus after-hours mixers and industry meetups
Follow up with existing clients and spot expansion opportunities
Post 3x per week on your LinkedIn to build your personal brand and inbound funnel
Manage lead automations, drip campaigns, and cold outreach emails
Make cold calls with purpose — not scripts
Create and send polished, strategic proposals that close

What Success Looks Like
By Day 120:
You’ve become a known face at local networking events
You’re consistently sending out 1–2 high-quality proposals per week
You’ve launched an email lead funnel that’s delivering steady conversations
By Year 1:
You’ve brought in $1M in new revenue
You’re tapped into the local ecosystem of events and partnerships
You’re ready to build your own sales team and lead them to their goals
The Logistics
Base Salary: Base salary plus commission earning potential $65,000-75,000 first year with possibility of earning more based on experience.
Commission: Uncapped — seriously
Bonuses: Performance-based + quarterly stretch goals
Territory: All of South Florida
Location: Hybrid — home, road, and HQ in West Palm Beach (you’ll have a desk + tools at the office)
Tools: CRM (your playground), email, LinkedIn, Microsoft 365, Atlas Convex, a company-provided laptop, and your own reliable car
Schedule: No clock-punching. We expect one thing: results.
