Caring Transitions of Cleveland Western Suburbs is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team. We specialize in senior relocation, move management, downsizing, and estate liquidation. We are looking for a charismatic and skilled professional to manage day to day sales and marketing activities for Caring Transitions by developing and nurturing referral partner relationships with Senior Living Communities, Realtors, Senior Placement Agencies and other Elder Care Professionals.

Job Responsibilities:

- Develop relationships with networking and referral source partners through regular meetings, phone calls, and electronic communications.

- Manage and improve lead generation.

- Schedule and present at trade shows, public education events, and networking events.

- Work with management to originate content and success stories for business communications, social media, referral partners, public education and media relations.

- Develop and implement marketing plans, including product positioning, campaign strategies, and market strategy insights.

- Understand, discover and leverage strategic business opportunities and partnerships.

- Maintain effective internal communications regarding marketing functions and activities.

Job Requirements:

- Excellent presentation skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Skills

Proven work experience in sales/customer service

Strong negotiating and selling skill

Have excellent people skills and intuitive to client's needs

Communication skills

Microsoft experience with Excel and Word

BS degree in Marketing or related field preferred

Job Type: Part-time/Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
