Fast paced, success-oriented medical facility in the Peoria area is looking for a Business Development professional to join our team. Must be energetic, a team player, customer service oriented and committed to success. Responsible for making day-to-day operational decisions, working and interacting with department managers and working with existing and prospective employer clients. Previous experience in occupational health preferred. Knowledge of Microsoft Windows environment and excellent communication and interpersonal skills required. Prior experience working with QuickBooks, Balance Sheets, and P&L Statements is a must. Salary commensurate with experience.
Responsibilities:
Work with ownership to maintain profitability
Manage revenue cycles and oversee Accounts Receivables Department
Communicate effectively with department managers on internal and external issues
Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
Prospect and contact potential customers
Reach agreed upon sales targets
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
Create sales material to present to customers
Qualifications:
Previous experience in operations; sales; customer service; marketing; healthcare or other related fields
Familiarity with CRM (Salesforce) and EMR (Electronic Medical Records) platforms
Ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders
Strong negotiation skills
