MES/Traceability Specialist
Description:
The MES/Traceability Specialist is a member of the OP Mobility Lighting Manufacturing & Engineering team.
He/she have leadership role inside is perimeter.
He/she supports manufacturing centers in traceability activities for machinery and equipment.
Effectively, independently, and responsibly cooperates with internal partners, shares information, respects health and safety rules at work, and follows the instructions of their supervisor.
Roles and Responsibilities
Manage and control all activities functional & hierarchical inside the perimeter.
Participation in the creation and implementation of new production systems.
He/she is responsible to ensure the right implementation and analysis of MES/Traceability system in term of software requirements.
Manage internal production traceability constraints and deviations
Manage remote work in traceability system
MES Management
Manage improvement activities with suppliers and stakeholders.
Traceability system changes management and implementation
Propose and manage internal improvements.
Creating production flows, applying lean manufacturing principles in the system.
KPIs Monitoring, Control Performance, Follow-Up & Reporting.
PDCA, Monitoring & Visual Management.
Technical Baccalaureate Degree preferred or equivalent.
Industrial Engineer Degree or equivalent
1-2 Years experiences in Automotive Manufacturing:
Methods Manufacturing and Standardization.
Quality Insurance.
Having basic knowledge of information systems
PLC programming - recommended
Knowledge of production systems
Knowledge of physical and computer flow modeling
Basic knowledge of the different manufacturing processes
Knowledges on automotive assembly process
Problems solving
Planning & Prevention.
Manage Risks & Opportunities.
Understanding of nomenclatures, diagrams…
