Job Overview

-We are seeking a Leather Worker to join our team. No experience required, but the ideal candidate will have a passion for craftsmanship and experience in working with leather materials. This role involves creating high-quality leather products through various techniques, ensuring precision and attention to detail throughout the process.

Duties

-Utilize a variety of hand tools and sewing machines to cut, stitch, and assemble leather goods.

-Operate various machinery for precise cutting and shaping of leather components.

-Construct custom goods and other leather items according to design specifications.

-Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards.

-Handle heavy lifting as required during the assembly process.

-Collaborate with team members to optimize production workflows and maintain a clean work environment.

-Follow safety protocols while operating equipment, including eye, ear, and respiratory protection when appropriate.

Experience

-Highly Desired: Experience with a sewing machine and/or leather-working.

-Ability to work effectively with hand tools and machinery in a fast-paced environment.

-Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products.
